Choosing the best structure for multichain work, involvement in various projects on different networks, in-depth study of scalability, efficiency, and integration with the globalized world. Study and selection of the best business model between a centralized company or DAO. Record of lessons learned.
Done - 2022- 1Q/2Q Reviewing working structure and TESTNET the Network BSC, first contracts and exchanges of crypto assets acquired in previous years, establishing a selection policy for projects that truly bring value, creating an environment and algorithm for decision-making, and the creation of the first exchange token for FabrikaBr, retrospective consolidation of lessons learned and changes in strategies.
Done - 2022- 3Q/4Q lessons learned KB, creating a business environment, planning for 1Q/2Q 2022 and 3Q/4Q 2022. Community call regarding the crypto market situation and its vulnerabilities, decision on the best applicable business model for FabrikaBr's reality, planning for the creation of a temporary DAO on a small scale to improve community engagement and involvement of professionals, expanding participation in other early-stage projects that do not use a blockchain structure for their operations, tokenizing labor and establishing selection criteria, initiating tests of the DeWork4Us and TeamScope protocols, defining the primary network for our contracts and the creation of NFT collections, lessons learned, and planning for the first half of 2023.
Done - 2023- 1Q/2Q Creation of the first Polygon DAO FabrikaBr FBKIO and minting of 10,000,000 governance tokens for FabrikaBr on a low-cost, easily accessible blockchain. Creation of NFT collections for prints and various utilities, planning the creation of our own governance model and trade tools, designing and capitalizing on the DeWork4Us and TeamScope tools, supporting new cultural and social projects, lessons learned.
- 2023- 3Q/4Q Planning and studies for our own blockchain or using a sidechain for our ecosystem, bringing the community closer and fostering the use of blockchain technology in everyday activities, creating products such as governance for enterprises, NGOs, and institutions. Establishing partnerships with entities seeking transparency and democratization in their operations.
- 2024- 1Q/2Q Activation of social networks and various hirings such as community managers, programmers, project managers, etc. Review of investments and new products.
